Peoples Ford Boghall and Bathgate Caledonia Pipe Band during August 2023 at Glasgow Green, won the World Pipe Band Championship in Grade 1 by competing over the two days by playing 4 times – a march, strathspey and reel and a medley of tunes on both days. A real marathon against the best in the world. It was a popular win with all the pundits and here we celebrate by speaking to the top men in the band who gave Pipers’ Persuasion the inside track.
