Bill McAllister of Shotts & Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band has agreed to participate in Pipers’ Persuasion. Bill is one of Pipe Major Tom McAllister Sr’s sons and brother of the late Tom and John. We are looking forward to hearing Bill’s tales of how his family made the Shotts pipe band a force to be reckoned with.
